Comprehensive branding and marketing for the AEC Energy Conference

The Advanced Energy Conference (AEC) 2022 is North America's leading event for energy innovation. Held in New York City, AEC connects industry leaders, researchers, and investors to explore the latest advancements in renewables, batteries, and other clean energy technologies.

In collaboration with Stony Brook University, the event sponsor, our team played a key role in promoting the conference. We designed a comprehensive marketing campaign that included a detailed conference website, attention-grabbing social media posts, informative brochures, targeted email campaigns, and eye-catching printed flyers. Our efforts went beyond marketing; we also assisted in crafting the agenda and recruiting speakers, ensuring a successful high-profile conference.

Result: The event included more than 200 speakers, and attracted 1000 attendees to come to the conference.
